So, this book is a good example of how a Dad spent time with his daughter to encourage her interest in technology. Well written & short article.

  1. I think the popularity of the Pi is a function of lower costs and combining the “coolness” of playing with hardware (the Lego/Engineering aspect) along with the software (free OS that is HIGHLY customizable – – no corporate EULA’s, no licensing BS, yada, yada, yada). And you actually OWN the whole thing . . . . what a concept!

Later this year, I’ll be joining the “Pi Club” also.
